Wade Schnell has more than 25 years experience in the single family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial construction Industries. Wade started out in the early 1990’s in the HVAC industry, working in single family and multi-family new construction Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Duct work, and automation systems- (a lot of the fundamental systems in a home). Wade’s company was involved right from the rough-in stage during initial framing and construction to the finishing touches before the move in and walk through Inspection with homeowners. Wade quickly learned the value of ensuring things were being done correctly and if not; the importance of addressing deficiencies and correcting them quickly before moving on to the next phase in construction. Wade is dedicated to ensuring clients receive a comprehensive, in-depth property Inspection and a detailed easy-to-read Inspection Report.
